At BLOCC STUDIOS, every piece is handcrafted with intention and care. Please allow 6-7 working days for processing and dispatch.

• Local Delivery (Nigeria):

6-8 working days via trusted courier partners.

Shipping fee calculated at checkout based on location.

• International Shipping:

10-15 working days depending on region.

Customs or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. However, if you’re not fully satisfied:

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• Customized or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• To request a return, please email us at myshoeblocc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

If your return is approved, you will receive store credit or an exchange (based on availability).
